Cinnamon roll pancakes

Cinammon roll pancakes. Man, life is good. I had these recently at a Jimmy's Egg in Joplin, MO, and I will never forget it. That's how good they were. Here's a recipe where you can make your family oh-so-happy by trying these.

INGREDIENTS

• Cinnamon Filling:
• 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
• ¼ cup + 2 tablespoons packed light brown sugar
• ½ tablespoon ground cinnamon

• Cream Cheese Glaze:
• 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
• 2-ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
• ¾ cup powdered sugar
• ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Use boxed pancake mix and make a recipe of pancakes (makes about 12 pancakes.) Prepare the pancake mix according to the instructions and when they are on the griddle, swirl the cinnamon filling in a swirly pattern. Then cook them like you would. Use the cream cheese glaze as you would syrup.
