You'll Never Want Another Dip

This is the dip to outdo all dips. It's high in fat (which is a good thing) and high in flavor. My husband eats it heated up and served with Fritos scoops. He eats this for lunch some days. Like, that's it. That's how much he likes it.

Let's just call this one:

The Last Dip You'll Ever Make

This is the cast of characters.

INGREDIENTS:

3 packages of cream cheese, softened

4 c. shredded sharp Cheddar

8 slices of bacon, fried, and chopped

16 oz. finely chopped ham

4 oz. chopped jalapenos

7 oz. chopped green chilies

1/3 cup of mayonnaise (I recommend Duke's mayonnaise)

16 oz. sour cream

These are the ingredients all ready for their close-up. Aren't they cute?

This one is easy. Soften the packages of cream cheese on the kitchen counter while you fry the bacon. Start filling up a large mixing bowl with all the goodies. Mix it up. Mix it well. Put it in the oven and cover it and cook it for 30 minutes at 250F. Yes, that's the temperature. You don't want this to bubble and all because of the sour cream. Then refrigerate what you don't eat.

.

This is what it looks like after you mix it by hand before you put it in the oven.
